Driven By Imperfections only offers returns in the form of store credit for clothing items only. We do not offer money back unless the item arrived not as described or damaged. We also do not offer exchange because the product that you want may be out of stock. Our store credit does not have an expiration date and can be used at any time. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit.
For books and downloanded products (documentary), we do not offer a refund.
To be eligible for a return and receive store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all ME The Brand product tags attached.
To complete your return, please send us an email at email@example.com and we will give you further instructions on how to return your item including proof of purchase or a receipt.
If an item is not in its original condition, or is damaged or missing parts for reasons due to our error, the following will apply below:
- Refunds (if applicable)
Once you have sent us an email within the 14 days and have returned your item, we will inspect it and will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or store credit.
b) If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and store credit code will be emailed to you for future use within a certain amount of days.
- Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please call your bank to check how long it takes for a refund to show in your account.

- Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
- Exchanges (if applicable)
We do replace items if they are damaged on our part. If you need to exchange it for a different item or the same, send us an email at email@example.com and we will send you an email confirmation with your store credit.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
